Product Condition: Products must be returned in the EXACT condition as shipped from
The REEL PRO SOUND Guys. Boxes, packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction
manuals, warranty cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without
markings, tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than EXACT shipped
condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in
damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer without exchange.

Packing and Shipping: Pack all items in a sturdy shipping carton (not just the
manufacturer's carton). Include a copy of your invoice in the carton. Please keep the
International Customers can email us to get a RMA # (Return Authorization Number)
while US & Canada Residents can call us at our Toll Free #. Print the RMA# on the
shipping carton. Packages without a visible RMA# will not be accepted. Customer is
responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient means of shipping.
Insurance is recommended.
Replacements: For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should
receive replacement or FULL refund within 14 Business days from the date we receive
ORDERS & PAYMENT:
* We will confirm orders via e-mail within 24 hours after order is placed. We would ask
that you acknowledge confirmation within 3 business days after notification.
* Payment must be received within 10 business days after order is confirmed. Please
contact us immediately if you need special arrangements.
* Once payment is received, all orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.

optional insurance of $2.00 for every $100.00 increment above $500.00.
